Payment & Delivery

All of our orders are securely processed by our online reseller Solostream.com. Solostream.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Solostream provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. After your payment has been made and we successfully received the transaction, you will get access to your purchased theme immediately.

• With this, we have three different premium access, each access governs the individual type of theme that is bought from our website.

Theme Usage

• Premium Themes only available to users who pay solostream.com a fee for such theme and /or enter into a membership agreement or other use agreement for that particular Content.

OR

• Solostream website provides premium themes as well as free website themes.
• Premium Themes listed at Solostream.com are available for free download.
• We also offer paid versions with more options and features. You can use themes for your personal or commercial projects as long as you comply with our license.
• You can upgrade to the pro version later without losing your customization.
• To access Premium Themes you need to purchase a membership. Once membership is expired you can’t access Premium themes.

Refund Policy

The transaction for purchasing theme will be validated with only 30 days of the refund policy for new customer registration and post renewal date there shall not be eligible for the refund or return.

Unauthorized / Illegal Usage

• You may not use the themes on SoloStream for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You cannot to reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any theme of SoloStream, use of the offered on Solostream themes, or access to the service without the express written permission by Solostream or product owner.
