Reply address is not changing. Odoo 12 CE

When you setup the Hepdesk plugin and Reply To address comes fixed, you can change the variation at

Helpdesk Setings,

Email template settings,

Select any of the template I suggest “Support ticket new” Click on the Arrow Next field box.

then you can visit second tab: Email configuration and replace the below code with your suggested email.

${object.company_id.name} <${object.company_id.email}>
