How to Get Set Up With Your Theme
To setup your theme, click here and then follow the link for the theme you purchased. You will see a button in the upper right-hand corner labeled “Install Guide.”
How to Get Technical Support for Your New Theme
For our WordPress themes, we provide all support through the Solostream Support Forum. This is the best and fastest way for you to get support for your questions. Plus sign up is free. Please note that you will need to provide proof of purchase with the email address you used to purchase the theme in order to have your account activated.
Please Don’t Use the Comments Section for Technical Support
Due to the volume of support requests, it is too difficult and inefficient for us to keep up and manage support requests for our WordPress themes via comments so we will not respond to these requests. Thank you for understanding and respecting this situation.
