Wonderful theme with equally wonderful support. The small wish-list for customization that we had was filled in by community answers already provided, and prompt, thorough responses by the Solostream Help Desk. The responsive design of this theme was the primary hook for us and it is reasonably easy to customize as long as you don’t need a ton of custom templates. Speaking as a person who wanted ease-of-use with minimal code or technical overhead, this exceeded our expectations.
But the best part is the great customer support.
WP-Clear is a very good theme for a small online magazine. But the best part is the great customer support. Even quite technical questions are answered and in a very understandable way!

Solostream has been the best organization I’ve worked with, hands down, since I’ve been tinkering with WordPress themes over the past decade. Yes, the themes are well designed and there is no shortage of variety from which to choose. What sets them heads and shoulders above everyone else is their amazing support and user’s guide. These make working with the themes a dream.
I’m a complete WordPress novice. The fact that I have been able to master its basics and put together a site that looks pretty decent is down to (a) the user-friendliness of WordPress, but also (b) the patience and guidance of Alistair Barnett (Solostream’s Forum Administrator). It must be very frustrating to be on the receiving end of so many elementary questions, especially when answering one brings another two, but in a couple of weeks he has taken me from floundering around to being confident that I can understand at least some of what is going on in the engine. I have a lot to learn still, but I’m off to a good start.

Just when I was about to pull my hair from head in frustration, Alistair (Solostream’s Support Manger) showed up to the rescue. He was kind, thorough and extremely patient with me.
Within an hour all of my troubleshooting was a distant memory. He not only fixed problems I could see, he also went the extra mile and adjusted the settings on things I could never have anticipated would be issues in the future.

I am impressed by the look, feel and SEO friendliness of the WP-DaVinci theme. I’ve been using it on two domains VSagar.com and Studentsweb.org. The way the theme works and the way the design is created is just as fantastic as it could have been. The designer of this theme has such a clean vision of futuristic developments in the theme options, that he has left almost no stone unturned in its designing, that the best of the best creation, has ever published on Solostream.

I have 4 blogs that I have now installed Solostream themes on — I couldn’t be happier. Your support forums, tutorials and all around documentation is awesome! For someone with limited coding knowledge, I have been able to customize each theme to my liking!
