- A Theme options panel – You will be able to handle many different things all from the comfort of the of the admin panel. You don’t have to edit any theme files. From the theme options panel you control items such as: Show or hide bread crumb navigation, control the size of the post excerpt, insert your Google Analytics code, define social media links. This option panel can be modified to meet your project’s specific requirements.
- TimThumb Image script – This will automatically grab the “1st” image you upload to a post and insert it for you. You can control the width, height and alignment of this first image in the theme options panel. No plugin required. You also have the option of turning this off via the theme options panel.
- Breadcrumb Navigation – This is hard-coded into the theme. No plugin required. You can turn this on or off via the theme settings page.
- Site Map Template – A simple straightforward site map for your human visitors, oh and by the way, bots love it too.
- Paged Navigation – You can select to use paged navigation or the regular “previous post – next post” in the theme settings panel.
- Related Posts – Keep your readers engaged longer by offering up other posts with similar tags. This is hard-coded into the theme and no plugin is required. You can control the number of posts to display in the Theme Settings panel.
- Admin Panel Branding – Your site’s logo will be added to the admin login panel.
- Full width page template – For those pesky privacy policy, terms of use or any other pages you may want to serve up.
- YouTube – A YouTube button is added to the post and page editor that will allow you to copy and paste the URL of a YouTube video and it will automatically insert the video into the post or page for you. You can insert as many videos into a post or page as you like. This is hard-coded into the theme so no plugin is required.
- Flowplayer – There is also the ability for your theme to automatically grab the first video you upload to a post and insert it into the post for you. No more YouTube or Vimeo. Do your own thing. And yeah, you can control the size of the video from the theme options panel. This is also hard-coded into the theme so no plugin is required.
