Unfortunately, it’s true that there are some less-than-scrupulous Wordpress theme designers out there who have embedded various scripts and snippets of code within the Wordpress themes they release to the public.

I can assure you that you’ll find none of that on any of the themes available here at Solostream.

In fact, the only links embedded in our Wordpress themes are a link back to Solostream.com and a link to Wordpress.org. And you are free to remove those links if you like. You’ll find them in the Footer template of each theme.

Yes. Simply retain your receipt for proof of purchase, and you will receive future theme updates for free.

That depends upon the type of license you purchase.

The Personal license DOES NOT allow you to sell, transfer or otherwise redistribute the theme in any form. You may use the theme only on your own sites.

The Developer license DOES NOT allow you to sell, transfer or otherwise redistribute the theme in it’s original form. It DOES, however, allow you to sell, transfer or otherwise redistribute derivative works based upon the theme.

The Exclusive license (not available on all themes) gives you full ownership rights to the theme, in which case you may do whatever you like with it.

Ideally, you should be using the latest version of WordPress (currently 2.3.1). However, the themes will work with WordPress versions 2.2 and above.

Very important - All themes are built to use WordPress Sidebar Widgets. So, if you are not using WordPress version 2.2 or above, you will need to download and install the Sidebar Widgets plugin here.

In most cases, yes it is. A few simple tweaks of the stylesheet will do the trick. If you’re not sure how to make theme modifications, you can simply email me, and I can walk you through it.

When you purchase a Wordpress Theme from this site, here’s what you receive:

1. A copy of the End User License Agreement which outlines what you can and can’t do with the theme.

2. A theme folder containing all the necessary files to use the theme on your WordPress site.

3. Additionally, Photoshop PSD files are available upon request.

Yes. Each license - whether it be the Personal, Developer or Exclusive license - gives you permission to use and modify these themes till the cows come home.
