I live on 10 acres and can return to Nature in the Australian bush. But the time required to work is massive. The experts advise 'outsourcing' and only doing personally what we are best at. Like blogging? Writing is my expressive therapy. Walking with a naughty, impetuous kelpie. Cheers H. Trying ot get back to sqaure one takes a lot longer than just looking aftre yourself from the start!
It's a weird feeling to not devote yourself 100% to your business, you actually feel guilty for having a life and for forgetting it exists for up to an hour... But I tell you what, since weekend trips, after work events and friends came back into my life, the business has just got better :)
Thanks for the reminder, cos it's hard work!

For a long, long time, I did none of these… Trying ot get back to sqaure one takes a lot longer than just looking aftre yourself from the start!<br

You create a million reasons not to take your own good advice. Why is this? I suggest it’s because you have conflicting needs. One of your needs is to take care of business, it’s your livelihood - you need to handle details, regardless of how many hours you’ve already worked. It goes with the territory of being a business owner. It’s like getting up in the middle of the night to care for a sick child - you just do it.
