After careful consideration and attentive listening to customer feedback about WP-Vybe 1.1, we have revamped the theme and are excited to now have a new 2.0 release for you.

One of our customers sent us the following comment in reaction to WP-Terra’s release:
Must admit Terra is a very nice theme. Very stylish and does not even make the site look like a WordPress powered site.
This in a nutshell described our goal for this new theme. We would like to push WordPress themes in new [...]
The Solostream team has been working extremely hard over the last month. We have been aggressively pushing new releases to give you many new theme choices for your blogs and sites. I get a lot of folks who want to add a header graphic to my Simplicity WordPress theme, so I figured it was time to just write a tutorial on it. It’s really pretty simple to do.
This tutorial provides step-by-step directions on how to install WordPress on your own server.
I’m doing a little experimentation with streaming video on a WordPress site. As part of that experimentation, I created a brief video introduction to WordPress. I think it’s like 15 minutes long. I’d like to know if you have any problems viewing the video, so please share via the comments link. Thanks!
There are probably over 1000 free WordPress blog themes/templates out there. Yet, I still get people who write and ask me to help them design their own. And that’s cool. After all, it’s a great way to express one’s creativity. This post marks the first in a series to help you do just that: create your own WordPress blog theme. Before we get into WordPress blog/theme design, however, we need to talk a little bit about WordPress itself.
My tutorial on adding Flash video to your Worpdress site was pretty popular … this tutorial is designed to make it easy for you to add Quicktime video to your WordPress site.
So you want to create the next Rocketboom (video blog). Or perhaps you have some video you want to add to your WordPress blog or website. This tutorial shows you how to do it with WordPress.
In this lesson, I show you how to install a plugin that’ll help create an email feedback page for your site. In the process, you’ll also learn how to create new pages for your WordPress site.

Mika,
Thank you for your inquiry. If you want to build a web site using a Solostream solution, it is very simple.
First get a domain name for your new site.
Then make arrangements for a hosting account for your website. You need to make sure that the hosting company provides PHP version 4.3 or greater and MySQL version 4.0 or greater. You can expect to pay approximately $10 per month for this service.
Finally you purchase our WP-Magazine template for $79. Once you download the template and install it on your hosting account, you’re ready to start customizing your new magazine web site.
Good luck with your project.

There are many sites such as Jumpline or one of the major sites such as GoDaddy who offer simple site building services. For more complex sites, we highly encourage you to learn more about WordPress and choose from the many site building options that this platform offers. Good luck.
