By Michael Pollock in WordPress Themes

Zeke 1.0 + Widgets is a 3-column, widget-ready WordPress theme. It’s built to work with WordPress versions 2.2 and above.
Demo site and download link are here.
Note: Use of this theme requires WordPress Sidebar Widgets. Sidebar Widgets are now built into WP versions 2.2 and above. If you are not using WP 2.2 or above, you will need to use the Sidebar Widgets plugin found here.

I really like this layout, clean and easy to read.
Great job, thank you for your generous contribution.

hi, fantastic uncluttered theme, but is possibly a simple way to get rid of the middle column and have the content column take up the extra space without wrecking it?
Thanks!

I really like this one. Especially the top story being offset from the rest.
One suggestion, maybe make a liquid layout of this type?

Hello, great theme, is there a way to get support, like forums or something, I’m having problems with one the my pages.

Hopefully is just a CSS problem.
Thanks,
Luis

Michael, I found your site while theme hunting. The layout for this theme with the middle column is pretty unique looking.
One thing you might have to quick with the old keyboard when writing your headline (although its a cool variation). Worpdress-a new fashion in Silicon Valley?

Hi Michael! A Huge thank you! This is gorgeous!
Question..
I’m trying to figure out how I’m to go about getting the right sidebar (large one) graphic in there. Do I do it via the widgets? (don’t see a graphic widget). Or by in putting the correct code into the sidebar.php file?
Thanks again!

Hey,
One last question before you get tire of us, is there a way to create a page template with nothing in the middle , just header and footer.
What I want is to place my forum plugin as wide as the template without columns.
Thanks,
Luis

I love this theme. The structure of theme is not much different from simplicity theme or torn theme.
It’s the colors in this theme that does the magic.
Thanks for such a lovely theme.

Nice theme! I plan to use it as my default theme but I have one problem. I can’t arrange my custom plugin outputs like those already built in the theme.
Like how do I put arrows next to text from 3rd party plugins like polls, top commentators and such…I tried everything and it doesn’t work.

This is a lovely theme, the moment I saw it I fell in love with it. I was originally looking for a really darkish theme but yours is too hard to resist. I actually made some minor changes, shifting the midcontent slightly to the right and the sidebar is slimmer now. I have not tested the featured section yet, I am not sure how it will turn out since I have shifted the background to the right. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi there.
Love the theme, I even loved it so much I paid for it! I’m having a problem though, that when I try and view the them in safari on a mac it immediately shuts down the browser. Any ideas why this might happen? Of how to find a workable solution? Any feedback would be great!
Thanks again for a lovely theme.

Hi there, thanks for your email response and so quickly! It really did help. I managed to fix the bug, which was with the gallery plug in I was using in safari. As I said in the email I love your theme and didn’t think the problem lay there. Safari & NexGen Gallery didn’t play nice. Thanks so much for your support, I will certainly be coming back & keep using your themes.

Hi!…Love the new theme! I redid the pictures and colors to suit me which can be seen in the signature. I am having one small problem. In firefox, whatever I put under the 250×250 ad spot I have runs into it. Could you have a look when you get time and advise me on a solution perhaps? I would greatly appreciative. Thank you.

Thanks for the sweet theme. I started using only as place holder while I figured out how to theme my site a bit more personally but the original still remains at the moment. I have gotten some nice compliments on it as well. The fonts, colors etc lend themselves very well to my topic I feel.
I’m wondering if Michael or anybody using the same knows about a broken image when using the ‘featured’ section. When I put an image in a post for the featured it will only load a small part of it for visitors using internet explorer. Once it moves down the line its fine. Any advice gladly welcome as I can’t convince all my users to use Firefox , as much as I try.
Thanks again for this beauty.
